Pianobelt & Fourthwall
Pianobelt's shop is through Fourthwall, which provides access to Made-To-Order services alongside the ability to make custom listings for other products. Because of this, there is a mix of production situations throughout the items on the website. The distinction is below. If you have further questions, feel free to contact me at pianobelt@gmail.com.
Pricing
Due to the impact of the US Tariffs enacted on May 2, 2025, certain products may be more expensive than anticipated to cover production and import costs. I apologize for this, but cannot adjust pricing at this time.
Made-To-Order, Preorder, and In-Hand?
Products will mention whether they're Made-To-Order, Preorder, or In-Hand either in their listing names or product information.
Made-To-Order
These products are put to production once you purchase them and shipped directly from the manufacturer. Because of this, pianobelt is unable to assist or control problems with Made-To-Order products. These products also will ship differently and separately from Preorder and In-Hand products.
Preorder
Preorder products are yet to be produced and will ship at a later date. Preorders are done to collect funds for the product's production in advanced. Preorders will always ship later than Made-To-Order and In-Hand products. Please purchase Preorder items separately if you want your In-Hand products sooner. Otherwise, In-Hand purchases will only ship when the Preorder products are available to send.
In-Hand
In-Hand products are products with stock already ready to ship. There is no waiting period like with Preorders. It is recommended to purchase In-Hand products separately from Preorder products if you want In-Hand items sooner. Otherwise, they will ship when the Preorder items are available to ship.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.
International Orders
Will I have to pay any additional taxes on my order if I’m located outside of the US?
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy
Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your donation or tips.
Preorder/In-Hand Returns & FAQ
Preorder and In-Hand products are products that will ship directly from Pianobelt. Because of this, they have different return policies and will ship separately from Made-To-Order products. For inquiries or assistance with orders involving these products, please contact pianobelt@gmail.com.
Preorders Timeline
How long can I expect to wait for Preorder items?
Due to Preorder items being purchased before production, the timeline for shipments will vary. This is affected by manufacturing time, stock shipment to pianobelt, customs, etc. Items will have estimations outline on their product pages for the projected timeline, but these are estimations and are subject to change depending on circumstance.
Preorder & In-Hand Items Grouping
Because of Preorder and In-Hand items having different shipment timelines, it is recommended to make separate purchases for them.
If In-Hand items are purchased alongside Preorder items, they will not ship until the Preorder items do. This cannot be amended after purchasing. If you wish to separate them, please cancel your order and reorder them in separate purchases.
Cancellations
If your order has not shipped yet, you are able to cancel the order using the link provided in your confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, cancellation is not possible.
After you've recieved your order, you have 30 days to reach out for about damages or quality issues.
Refunds
Preorder and In-Hand items are nonrefundable once shipped. If you recieve your items damaged or with quality issues, you may reach out to pianobelt@gmail.com within 30 days of recieving your items to determine refund elligbility.
Pianobelt will not provide refunds or reimbursement for items damaged by postal services. If the post provider has damaged your order, please reach out to the appropriate customer service department for the postal service used.
Damges/Quality issues require photo proof and are on case-by-case basis.
Made-To-Order Returns & FAQ
We want to make sure you love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include this in your email to us at contact@support.pianobelt-shop.com. This quick and simple step will help us provide a speedy resolution.
Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.

Cancellations
Product Orders Cancellation Policy
All of our products are made to order, especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production.
Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution, depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.
Damaged/Quality Issues
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item, along with your order number. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

Refunds Policies
Made-to-Order Product Orders Cancellation Policy
Because products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those with quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue.
PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.
Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
